Fun arcade place for kids and adults! Tons of games, which require a card to use, which gives you "tickets" after the game, to go towards prizes. Bar and eating area had plenty of seating/tables. Food was okay. Didn't order from bar. Good service with the waitress that helped us.

Had a great time in Concord! The kids loved it and the food was great, but Lawrence and Maricy stole the show. It was super busy, and the bar chairs weren't working for my legs and mobility. Lawrence, the manager, went out of his way and brought us over to a section that was closed off because it was still early, opened it up just for my family, so sweet! I Loved Maricy’s friendly, outgoing, personal service/touch she gave my family of 7. We'll definitely be back!

I have been a customer of this place for years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has dropped significantly. Today—Saturday, August 29, 2026—was the last time I will bring my family to this restaurant. On the last two occasions we visited, we received very poor service from a young man named Juan; he was extremely rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. Even though he knew we had been poorly treated by him previously, this time he was even more sarcastic. I believe the person in charge should better train the staff to treat customers with courtesy and respect. I run a business myself and train my own team to provide excellent service because I want customers to return and recommend us to others, thereby bringing in more business. We stopped by just for Saturday for something to do and chill. We planned on apps and drinks and ended up with the play combo so our kids could go and play some games while we sat and talked. It was only brief, but the kids had a good time they scored a few prizes from the tokens that they had earned on their cards and the margaritas that we had were amazing. They were super delicious and our server was really nice and friendly. It was my first time actually ordering food at Dave & Buster’s, and the boneless wings were really tasty. I ordered the sliders and fries for myself and they were cooked to perfection.

Katelyn is truly one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Even while pregnant, she works incredibly hard, always keeping a smile on her face and making every guest feel welcome and appreciated. Her kindness, patience, and positive attitude never go unnoticed, even during the busiest times. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the people she serves. It’s inspiring to see someone so dedicated and hardworking while preparing for such an exciting new chapter in her life. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have someone like Katelyn on their team. If you get the chance to be served by her, you’re in for excellent service and a genuinely warm experience. Wishing her and her growing family nothing but happiness and good health!
