We were in Los Angeles on business and decided to stay at Commerce Casino. We couldn't have been more impressed with the level of customer service throughout our stay. The valet team was outstanding. They were fast, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. After a long day, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who genuinely seemed to care about the guest experience. What really stood out, however, was the security staff. On our very first night, security officers approached us to ask if we needed directions, had any questions, or needed assistance finding anything in the casino. That level of hospitality is rare and made us feel welcome immediately. The same experience continued throughout our stay. Whether we were walking through the casino, heading to the poker room, or simply moving around the property, security personnel consistently greeted us and asked if there was anything they could do to help. The poker room staff was equally professional and accommodating. In a time when great customer service seems harder and harder to fiimpressive, but it's the people who make the experience exceptional. Thank you to the valet team, security staff, and poker room employees for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back.

From the Valet parking, to the Front Desk. Jonathan was so nice and professional, from the time we arrived until the time we checked out. The other Jonathan that worked in Mr. Diner gave us great service. He was also very professional. To the cleaning ladies and the security staff. I was at the commerce poker room last night and I happened to make the acquaintance of a Manager/Supervisor Nicole who was actually off duty at the time. I have to say I was impressed and heartened by the way she presented herself. She didn’t know me but she was immediately welcoming to me. I noticed that even though she wasn’t on duty, she was still very patiently and kindly pointing out some small needs that coworkers should take note of, showing she takes pride in her work. I noticed her complimenting the staff and taking an interest in workers she didn’t know well. I saw how her colleagues responded to her and how they interacted with each other with an authentic kindness and camaraderie. It’s obvious that Commerce casino knows good people and treats its workers well. That makes me happy and encourages me to continue to be a patron. In addition, I’d like to compliment Kitty, who was working the floor of the casino. She was very helpful and kind and went out of her way to make sure that I got a seat at the right table. Thank you again Nicole and Kitty. And good work Commerce. Keep it up!

The stay was wonderful, room was always clean after house keeping came. They checked in on us and the executive room was very nice. TV was nice and big and AC worked perfectly.

My only issues is that the beds are so Hard and uncomfortable. But survive was great from front desk checking to check out. From my many request to extra blankets and needing a refill on conditioner. Quick easy and very sweet staff. Wish they had the complimentary breakfast still but it’s all good. 😊 thank you
