We brought in two vehicles for repairs and an oil change, and both are completed and just one day! We’ve been coming to the shop for years and have always received quality service with a smile. They are reliable, professional, show the care about their customers. Thank you, Adam, for the excellent service as always! We really appreciate you

It was my first time here at Economy Auto. The manager Adam was very informative and the communication was awesome. Turn around time on my SUV was pretty quick. He was extremely welcoming and treated me as though I had been a customer there for a while. Will definitely be returning if I have issues with my other vehicles.

Excellent Service! I have been going to Economy Auto Care Center over 10+ years and would not trust anyone else with my cars. Adam who is the owner has been upfront and honest and always have taken care of what needs to be done when it is necessary. His Team is very helpful and amazing at what they do. If you need a trust worthy mechanic, Economy Auto Care Center is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a very frustrating experience with Economy Auto Care Center and want to share exactly what happened so others can make an informed decision. I brought my car in because it was producing heavy white smoke and running rough—clearly a serious issue. I paid $150 for a diagnostic, and they told me the problem was the turbo. I let them know a day in advance that I would be picking up my car, but when I arrived, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The hood would not pop, the battery was completely dead, and my driver window was stuck rolled down. Because the hood wouldn’t open, they couldn’t even jump the car. This created a very stressful situation and added problems that weren’t there before. To their credit, they did offer to tow the car back to their shop and fix the hood and battery issue. While the car was back there, they also offered to install a used turbo at a lower cost, which I agreed to. After the turbo was installed, the car had the exact same issues—still smoking, still running rough, and no check engine light. They then told me the turbo they installed was faulty and planned to replace it with another used one. Before installing the second turbo, they finally performed a pressure test and discovered coolant spraying from the head, indicating a much bigger internal engine issue (likely a cracked head). This should have been caught during the original diagnostic that I paid for. At that point, I asked them to stop working on the vehicle so I could go through my warranty with the dealership. Unfortunately, getting proper documentation and paperwork from them was also a struggle and took longer than it should have. Overall, this experience cost me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary stress. While they eventually identified the real issue, it came after a misdiagnosis, unnecessary work, and multiple setbacks. I would recommend being cautious here, especially when it comes to diagnostics, and making sure thorough testing is done upfront.
