We were looking for the right mix of fun, skills training and character building in a martial arts class for my kiddos. The environment is friendly and Coach Abel is an encouraging instructor. I appreciate that the kids are learning self defense skills in way that seems like having fun while building confidence. We look forward to seeing more growth/ development for our kiddos.

Very welcoming! All 3 of my kids started a 10 day trial and at the end of day 1 they were so excited and wanted to go back. I highly recommend this facility. Very family friendly.

So impressed by the staff and the BullyProof program for kids! My son started weekly classes this summer and just completed the BullyProof Summer Camp this week. The quality of the instruction and the influence of good morals, respecting/protecting yourself and others has been such a huge benefit for my son in our short amount of time already! We are so happy to be here and look forward to continuing our weekly classes throughout the year!

My 2 daughters have been coming for 2 years, from no experience to doing more advance classes she learned to love Bjj thru this school. Because my girls got involved, I started taking Gracie combatives and now am addicted to training. As an adult, I was nervous without a background in martial arts but you learn to love the classes and to be confident and continue to come to the classes multiple times a week. I can’t get enough. From day one everyone approachable and not over the top. Great place to learn bbj and a child and as an adult.
