5/5 food 5/5 service 5/5 atmosphere I was craving a coffee so I went to the Starbucks inside , there was a handsome lad named Jay who served me a secret coffee , it was so tasty, he even gave me an extra straw in case my clumsy self drops the original one! He’s so kind and whimsy , I highly recommend going here and I truly truly enjoyed the company and atmosphere of the store! 10/10

I don't know when this happened, because I've largely boycotted Safeway for the past 30 years, but things have vastly improved. Surly, frowning employees have changed into pleasant, thoughtful and helpful people.

Overall, the store looks n Nice and clean. I stopped by to use the restroom as I am traveling up north. However, the restrooms are locked and you need the code to go in the bathrooms. There is a button next to the bathroom that you can request customer service but do expect some delays as they are helping other customers so if you’re need is urgent , I do not recommend stopping at Clearlake Safeway.

Basically a smaller store -ez access. Located in a shopping center with other choices to complete your shopping experience. An older store that has all the goods for your list. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Its frustrating when theor computer system seems to not be updated enough to take the SNAP card eith the computer chip. All the other local stores do not seem yo have a problem running my card but there i need to enter it manually. All last week had a manager doing that. Today I ho it and Heather says otherwise. I had 1 item that seems to be out all other grocery locations. Im not replacing my card for 1 store. Super frustrating that I had no problem doing it every other time. Not shopping here at all.
