Very clean, well stocked store and attentive/conscientious employees. To the young lady that helped me with my card order and checked me out at register 1, I pulled some cool hits from the packs you chose for me! I wanted to say thank you for that, and being a hard worker. I hope Big 5 takes care of their employees this holiday season. Merry Christmas! 🎄 🎁 ❄️

Staff mostly likes to talk to each other or be on their phones rather than helping customers. There are no customer restrooms, and no wifi. I bought some men's socks the other day. I didn't notice the security tags on them. The clerk didn't take off the security tag off and when I got home I couldn't remove it myself as it requires a special magnetic release. When I brought it back, threee clerks thought it was really funny that I had to travel 45 minutes back to have it removed. Never going back to this place

Went in to buy a few pair of shoes. The young lady at the cash register basically sneered at me when I walked in, no greeting. I was never offered help by 2 employees and the male employee snuck up to spy on me through the shelves while I was looking at shoes. As I was leaving both employees acted like I didn't exist.

Everyone's always nice and they're great about honoring coupons even if they have trouble scanning them my only complaint is how much the employees hover over you when in the shoe department. Don't get me wrong I understand loss prevention and all that but I don't know if the hovering is really necessary unless you're planning on chasing down someone who tries to take off of the pair of shoes and I think cameras or other forms of tracking your customers wouldn't be as invasive to their shopping experience
