I would give zero stars if that were possible. These are by far the ugliest nails I have ever had in my life. Not a single step was done with care. The gel was just slapped on, and the nails are completely uneven. In some places, the tip doesn’t even cover my entire nail. The polish was also carelessly painted on, with product all over the edges. And for this, I paid $70. The atmosphere in the salon was awful as well — a total “rush, rush” mentality, and everyone was extremely unfriendly. The only positive thing was my pedicure, which was done by a young girl who was the only person who actually put effort into her work. I’ll be going to another salon today to have these nails removed. As you can see in the pictures, there’s no way anyone could walk around like this. Run, girls, run.

I’ve been getting almond-shaped nails for 20 years and I’ve always had some of the most beautiful nails. I went to this salon yesterday for a nail refill. This time, the salon owner (Lisa) herself did my nails because the usual technician was away. When she was almost done, I looked at my nails and was honestly shocked. My nails were completely unnatural and noticeably crooked to the left!!! She couldn’t even find the center of the nail properly to shape them correctly!!!!! I pointed it out, but she wasn’t skilled enough to fix it. The skin around my nails was also badly damaged from excessive filing, and it was bleeding. I politely told her that she wasn’t able to fix my nails properly, but she refused to accept it. She was very RUDE to me and even told me to “shut up!!!!!” At that point, I didn’t want any further damage done to my nails or hands, so I left and asked her to stop the service. It was clear she didn’t have enough experience or skill to do the job properly. Before I left, she cut all my nails down to the skin in a very harsh and unpleasant way. I believe she did this because she was embarrassed about how badly the nails turned out and didn’t want me to leave the salon like that! I originally wanted to look my best for a grand opening project I’ve been working on for three years, but in the end, I’m actually relieved I didn’t continue, because it would have ruined an important day for me. Honestly, I’m surprised someone can run a nail salon but not even know how to properly do a simple nail set and have such poor customer service. I will never go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or safety.

I tried their new Japanese foot detox pedicure. It it is absolutely amazing. So relaxing. The Herbs really help you enter a state of relaxation. My skin feels softer thans it has in a very long time. The massage was amazing. Love my cat’s eye fingernails too.

I’ve been coming here for about 7 yrs now. They are the ONLY nail shop that understands my fashion sense with colors and design especially Lisa. She’s very patient with me and we both enjoy exploring colors and designs together. It’s an adventure. Thank You Lisa and the entire nail technicians.
