Hands down the best kids' martial arts program in the Citrus Heights/Sacramento area! The instructors have an amazing way of connecting with the kids, building their confidence, and teaching them respect. High energy, great environment, and top-tier coaching. If you’re looking for a great local spot for your kids to burn off energy and learn life skills, this is it.

I am a gray belt in bjj, I would not be where I am today without Mr.Peters and my other instructors and classmates at this school. I owe them my respect for life, and I recommend this school. -Christian Stanner

This facility provides an excellent environment for children's training. The staff is highly knowledgeable and supportive and provides an inviting family atmosphere. Training here has significantly enhanced my daughter's confidence and skills. She looks forward to her private lessons with Ms. Lee each week and I look forward to watching her continued growth!

We tried free 1 week class for my 2 kids 6 and 7 yo. They loved it and we signed up right away. They could go everyday with monthly payment, like Brazilian jujitsu and kung fu classes. I see they're getting better every week. It's been only 3 weeks since they started. I believe it will them to be disciplined and patient. Love this place.

I’ve been attending Tai Chi at Extreme Martial Arts in Citrus Heights for eight months under Sifu Dillman, and it has been an outstanding experience. He treats every student with genuine respect and creates a professional, welcoming atmosphere that’s a true escape from daily stress. He works wonderfully with both children and adults, making everyone feel supported and confident. I highly recommend Extreme Martial Arts and Sifu Dillman to anyone looking for quality instruction in a positive, uplifting environment.
