This was my first visit to Steve’s Chevrolet with a Cadillac that I purchased from another dealership, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a valued customer. Hector went above and beyond by coordinating with the Parts and Service departments to make sure everything was taken care of. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and welcoming. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that their key cutting and programming prices were much better than other local dealerships. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing great service, regardless of where you purchased your vehicle. Thank you, Hector, and the entire team at Steve’s Chevrolet, for making such a great first impression bringing a vehicle purchased elsewhere. I highly recommend giving them a chance! Been coming here for years, but very impressed that they treated me so well being a non-Chevy customer.

Jorge was great, very responsive, very easy. Worked with us. We have young kids and he made buying a car easy. He went above and beyond. He even personally delivered our car an hour drive away. I highly recommend Steve’s and Jorge. No wasted time, affordable and easy.

I just completed my second lease with Steves Chevrolet and I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service. Easy, smooth, quick and helpful! Alex made my leasing experience seamless and I was able to be in and out of the dealership quickly. She is professional and answered all of my questions. Alex walked me through all the cool features my car has and showed me things I would not have noticed. Brett helped with my first lease and my experience was the same!

From the very first contact, Jorge was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. The experience felt more like buying a car from a friend than dealing with a typical dealership. I visited and spoke with several dealerships during my search, but Jorge ultimately became the deciding factor. He worked closely with me to get the exact car I wanted and worked with the finance team to secure favorable terms. I also appreciated his patience and professionalism throughout the process. I initiated quite a bit of back-and-forth communication via text before making my purchase, and at no point did I sense any frustration, pressure, or lack of interest. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I look forward to doing business with him again in the future.🫶
