Was so excited to have Save Mart offer pickup only to be left waiting an hour for my items. Tried calling the customer service desk multiple times with no answer. After having to go through Instacart for answers come to find out they gave my order to another customer, the customer in the very next pick up spot in a completely different style of car then I added purposely to my order so there would be no confusion. The prices in store are outrageous and many items on sale either are a day from expiring or even expired already. Chowchilla deserves better.

Ordered pickup through instacart. Waited in the parking lot nearly an hour after they told me it was finished. Called the store 10 times no answer. Then a notification that the order was successfully given away, even though I never recieved anything. Called instacart and got a refund thatll take days to return.

I had a problem with my food, & as usual Felipe was right on top of things. Got a manager, replaced my food with a quality chicken that he had prepared. He even showed me the inside and it was cooked to perfection. Nice job Felipe!! Also in the deli Rebecca met me with a smile. Upfront Tarin was as concerned & apologetic. Oh & caught alot of great sales today! Love our Savemart ❤️

I normally don't do store reviews but it's from the food section. Got em sushi from em around 4pm. Boy, these are legit as it get. Still taste like they just made it. Overfilled with dried fried onions. Taste just like at a Japanese restaurant. Nice small ginger and wasabi side. So yummy. Price is base on portions. Definitely going back for more sushi. Not much selection but in our small town, this is as good as it get.

Had the worst experience at this savemart. Horrible useless workers. I went to the restroom and smoke was coming out of one of the stalls. As I was washing my hands, the person came out and was a small, blonde woman with a mask in janitorial clothing. She seemed like she was on something, pupils dilated, and sweaty. I was too afraid to confront her because she looked really angry and cracked out.
