Made an appointment for both of my kids, waited a few weeks and finally was able to go in today. From the front desk to the dentists, hands down…..best dentists we have ever been to. Very caring and accommodating, my kids had been in a previous place before where I was told they would tie them down regardless of my kids behavior(that was their standard procedure) kids were very nervous to go back to the dentist. Lollipop Dental didn’t even mention anything like that, my kids do great with any medical procedures….they had extractions, crowns and some other stuff done and they came out smiling and happy. Work was done with only local anesthesia, fast and super easy. Will absolutely go back every time. Thank you so much for the great care, we truly appreciate it.

This location has been a lot more easy to deal with. Less crowded and faster. It is but further from home but my kids love this location and prefer to come to this one. Staff always happy and friendly. Highly recommend l.

Lollipop Dental in Cerritos has been an incredible experience for our family. My son no longer fears going to the dentist; in fact, he looks forward to his visits, enjoying the brushing sessions and interacting with the wonderful staff. The front desk team is always welcoming and provides clear, helpful information. Morgan has been fantastic in explaining treatment options and guiding us through the process. I feel confident knowing that my son is receiving the best dental care possible. I'm truly grateful for the care, patience, and warmth they show toward children. Thank you, Lollipop Dental, for another excellent visit!

I just wanted to take a moment to give Morgan the highest praise for consistently providing outstanding customer service. She always greets us with such positive energy and a bright smile, especially when my daughter is with me. Her infectious happiness and high energy truly make our visits special, and it’s clear she always goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. Morgan’s dedication to creating such a great atmosphere does not go unnoticed. We truly appreciate her and the wonderful vibes she brings to the office every time we visit!

My experience wasn’t the best at this facility. Front desk was nice and informative the first day we visited. My daughter was seen and needed work done on 4 cavities and a tooth extraction in the front. The girl in the front desk explained someone would reach out to me later and email me the treatment plan and pricing. I contacted them for someone to reach out and explain the treatment plan since I was seeing the Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) show up 3 times in the treatment plan which was a $230 per each time that they’ll use the laughing gas (in my case totaling $690 on laughing gas alone.) They called me back and explained that because my daughter had multiple teeth that needed work done they needed to work in sections, in my daughters case 3 sessions. Naturally, I didn’t want my daughter to come in multiple times because I believe it will cause more trauma. It’s more likely for her to fear coming back a second time, let alone a third time. So I decided to visit a different dentist. The other dentists office was requesting to see the XRays via email but Lollipop refused to send them the X-Rays unless i paid a fee ranging from $25-$45. I had already paid the consultation and cleaning earlier at Lollipop so I didn't want to pay for the X-rays. I ended up going back to Lollipop the next morning because they stated the laughing gas was optional the day before so I was really just trying to see if they could work on my daughter without the laughing gas this session and see how that went. The assistant that was prepping my daughter kept insisting they used the laughing gas. By this time, I was frustrated. I obviously want my daughter to get treatment done but this whole incident just seemed off. She stated I didn’t need to get treatment done with them if I didn’t feel comfortable and that they could just email the X-rays to a different provider. I explained what I was told the day previously about there being a charge and she herself said, per her words, “really? There shouldn’t be a charge for that.” She then went to the front desk and came back and said they told her they could email the x-rays free of charge to a dentist provider if I needed them to. So which is it? Because the day before they told me there was a charge…so was I supposed to leave and trust their word??? I then went to the front desk and the young lady with long straight hair explained that they would be able to email the x-rays to a dental office if I called and asked them to. I again argued because at this point there was a bunch of going back and fourth and you don’t get in direct contact with the front desk admin when you call so I knew if I called later they were going to ask for a fee again. I could tell she got frustrated and then she agreed to just email them to me directly. There’s another girl working the front with red hair that was just super rude. The whole time I was expressing my concerns the girl with red hair had her hand to her face leaning forward making herself look busy on the computer and I could see that she was laughing/smirking. I said something to her about laughing and she still did not acknowledge me. I apologized to the other receptionist because my intentions were never to come in there with attitude, but I felt like my daughters case was very dismissive and I don’t feel like they sympathized with her, as she was experiencing pain due to a loose tooth. I get offices have their way of working and they are only following protocol but this whole situation just made me feel like they only cared about making a quick buck and not at all about the well being of their patients…although i’m sure they’ll again state that they “work in sessions to not traumatize the kids in one sitting” as they repeatedly would say to me.
