I work out six days a week, so recovery is a huge priority for me. Whenever I need a massage, this is always my go-to spot—and I book with Rosalba. She truly has magical hands! Rosalba is incredibly professional, friendly, kind, and her skill is unmatched. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable, relaxed, and that my specific needs are addressed. I leave every session feeling completely refreshed, like my body has been reset. If you're thinking about booking an appointment, I highly recommend Rosalba—you won't regret it! The only area for improvement is the cleanliness of the reception and lobby area. During my last visit, the trash near the water dispenser was overflowing. Since first impressions matter, keeping this area tidier would help create a more welcoming and relaxing atmosphere from the moment clients walk in.

was given a gift card for a Christmas present at this location in Cerritos California. I physically went in to make an appointment. The receptionist stood there very stoic. When I shared with her that I have a gift card, she insisted on seeing it. I gently explained that it was for 150 dollars for any service. She still very seriously insisted. I had it in the card and showed her. She said oh this is for any service. I said that's what I said. I made an appointment for a facial. The morning of it was cancelled because the provider was sick.....of course...understood. I made another appointment . I filled out the lengthy paper work ahead of time. I said that I might be 5 minutes late because of a meeting. The attendant said, just know that service could be shorten...okay..I'm fine. One hour before, it was cancelled again and I was offered a massage. I called and was very angry. What kind of racket is this place? Poorly trained staff. My question, Is this a treatment that I am getting because I'm a boomer? My answer is yes. It would be nice to get contacted by headquarters.

I was a member for a couple years. Some of the worst customer service I've encountered. Mainly concerned with getting consents and releases signed on a regular basis. If you enjoy signing legal forms regularly, this is the place for you. However, when it came to keeping appointments and honoring customer requests, not so much. The therapists were generally quite good / competent. However, the amateurish management was annoying, until I finally said "enough". After 2 years, the attitude was "don't let the door hit you...."

Have been going to Hand and Stone for many years now and they are nothing like any of the other ones out there. They are top notch and make the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Cindy is the best massage therapist there is!
