This gym has really gone downhill in the dumps. The cleanliness and overall management are nowhere near what they used to be. The photo speaks for itself, people walking around the gym barefoot, like what the heck? Also, it’s not uncommon to see others working out in flip-flops either. It’s unsanitary, unsafe, and shouldn’t be allowed. How does management and employees let this happen? On top of that, the gym is consistently dirty, and the paper towel stations are almost always empty, making it difficult for members to wipe down equipment. The weekend staff are often rude and seem more interested in being on their phones than helping members or maintaining the facility. I’ve been a member for years, and this place was never like this back in the day. It’s disappointing to see how much the standards have declined. Management needs to start enforcing basic hygiene and safety rules, keep the gym clean and stocked, and hold staff accountable. Members pay good money to work out in a clean, professional environment, and that’s no longer what this gym provides.

I needed a quick gym session and found this place on a whim. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect since the outside looked pretty plain. I was thinking it might be a typical fitness 19 or Planet Fitness vibe, but it was quite the opposite. The gym is small, but it offers a surprising variety of workout options, kind of a mix between UFC Gym and an EOS with an on-site pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. I also found another workout room last-minute, which was a bit weird, but if you like it very quiet, that room is perfect for you. The check-in process involved filling out all my info, which was a bit of a drag. The guy working there didn’t do much except direct me where to fill things out. Overall, it’s a nice gym with okay service.

So much potential but still falls extremely short... I've had a membership here for over a year and I have several other memberships because of the disadvantages this gym has. Parking lot is very difficult Jim is always overly busy and hard to use equipment. You're lucky if one of the saunas or steam rooms work let alone the smell. Staff is underwhelming and cost is high for there limited hours. It will cost you 50 a month with minimum package. Allot better choices out there.

Disappointing given the amount this gym charges you. Every time I come in here it's something different. It isn't enough that it's so busy and not very flexible hours. The staff is always just sitting around on their phones. Lot of better options out there I'm going to have to start looking

A really impressive gym with everything you need for a complete workout. From cardio machines to free weights, everything is in excellent condition. The staff is welcoming and always ready to guide beginners. I especially like the clean atmosphere and positive energy that keeps me motivated. It never feels overcrowded, which makes training comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place for both beginners and experienced fitness lovers.
