Sadly, this place has gone downhill drastically. The service is average to subpar, the seating is poor... very poor actually. The cushions are lumpy, sagging, painful to sit in and otherwise discomforting. When Yury was here running the place, the cushions were still uncomfortable but his attention to detail and customer service orientation was off the charts which made the uncomfortable seating almost unnoticeable. I will say they have improved their recipe for Sopa de Albondigas. But aside from that. This place has taken a dramatic decline in the past year. They don't pay attention to their customers, at all. They get the order(s) wrong (i.e. we ordered 3 plates and requested no beans... all 3 plates had beans and even after replacing them with the corrected order, one still had beans). No one stopped by to refill my water, not even one time... this includes the time I asked for more water. No one stopped by to check on our chips quantity. 4 of us at the table and a half full basket of chips was left for us... practically had to beg for more chips. It's really painstaking for me to leave a negative review about this place because my loyalty to Yury is unbreakable. But I'd be doing him an injustice if I didn't make the negative facts public. Hopefully he'll come back to this location and get it back to the exceptionally accelerated level of customer loyalty this restaurant once had.

We should have heeded the previous contributor's rating. We had lunch today (Sunday, 1:30pm) with our friends. We were the only customers other than 2 gentlemen at the bar. What was interesting was one of the workers must have been asleep in the booth adjacent to us. He quickly got up once we were seated. The food was average. My wife and I ordered combo plates. We were told it came with soup or salad. They didn't bring out our soup. Our meals came out and half way through i remembered we had asked for soup. The waiter forgot. We had to ask for ice tea and water refills. He never came by to check on us. I ended up going to the bar to get our bill. We had asked for our bills to be on separate checks. That didn't happen either. Keep in mind we were the ONLY ONES in the restaurant. Based on the above, It was easy to see why we were the only ones there....our friends said there was a night and day difference of the service provided compared to the Patron's they go to in Westlake.

December 16, 2024 I went to the place for the first time and I met Eva and Angel. I ordered a chicken and steak with shrimps fajita and damn it was great. The fajita was sizzling hot as well as the soup and the beans that it came with. Angel and Eva was very welcoming. The staff are great!

This is a local favorite, we were there for Happy Hour. Always nice when Angle is there, he’s the best manager they have. All of the servers are lovely and very professional. Music can be a lowered a bit when the restaurant is not yet full though.

Had business lunch and the food came out warm and quick. It was average in taste and service was slow for 3 tables at the time.
