Update: Had requested to speak with the office manager and was told they only show up on Mondays, I have yet to receive a call 2 weeks later. Didnt get called back till 20 minutes after my appointment time, and they called a man who got there 10 minutes after I did first. Then they had the audacity to cancel and reschedule my actual cleaning after I had already wasted over an hour of my day. Ridiculous, no I dont want to come in AGAIN this afternoon, it was supposed to be ONE visit.

I had a great experience at Glenn Dental. Jen at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming, the assistant Angelina help make me feel comfortable and at ease right away. The doctor was so calm and gental and the procedure was painless. I will definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. So greatful ✨️✨️✨️

AVOIDDD at all cost came here 2 years ago and paid off the bill before anything and and even told them we want to make sure that everything is paid off and after my last procedure they said everything was paid for and now this year they are sending a bill of $70 and when I open it they’re is no description of what they’re charging and this is the first time they have done this to us. This place is a fraud avoid at ALL COST

Had a good experience with a teeth cleaning, but not so with a cavity. The Dr. didn't wait really at all for the local anesthesic to take effect, ...also didn't really have bedside manners/patient comfort... for someone like me that's fine but for someone with dental anxiety or kids I would definitely not recommend.. seemed like this person was just kinda doing the job without much care about patient experience.

This office has gone down hill and pulled some very illegal billing practices. They billed my husbands dental insurance for things that weren’t done, the dentist who had to put crowns in for my husband was severely inappropriate and made some sexual crude remarks to the dental assistant that was helping to put the crown in, claiming how she owes Dr. Kirby a date if the crown falls out again. So unprofessional. When I called a few months ago to dispute the charges against our dental benefits they were supposed to fix it but never did and instead had the nerve to send us a bill with no itemized list of any kind claiming we owed over $300 dollars when no further work had been done. The front desk lady refused to give me the itemized list and kept saying I can go ahead and report them they don’t care and will send it to collections despite the whole situation being handled by Glenn dental office illegally. I will be reporting them to all the high up partie that they are held accountable to since they think it’s okay to commit fraud. Update: Tony the manager called my husband and by the end of the conversation it was settled that they would remove the supposed balance they accused of us owing that we didn’t owe in the terms of that he said it would be better for both parties. I will keep this review up until the office sends us an official written statement that proves they have removed the balance they falsely accused us of.
