I stopped by my local AutoZone today needing a specific part for my car, and I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for. Cassandra was the associate who helped me, and she was absolutely fantastic. She listened to what I described, asked the right questions to narrow it down, walked me right to the correct part, and even double-checked the fitment to make sure it was perfect for my vehicle. Her knowledge was impressive, but what really stood out was how patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful she was—no rushing, no attitude, just great customer service. She made what could have been a frustrating errand into a quick and easy experience. If you're at this store, ask for Cassandra—you won't be disappointed. Thanks again for the excellent help! Highly recommend this location because of workers like her.

Kat and the crew there seriously kicked ass and worked insanely hard to help solve the most obscure problem ever. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

They checked my battery and starter for free! They also gave me a print out. I'm a woman so don't know anything about cars. They gave me some peace of mind and direction on what mechanic to take it to. I really appreciate their help and I'm definitely going to take them into consideration when buying parts/ items. Thanks to the young white man with the beard, very pleasant.
