West and Franky were super helpful getting us set up, extremely knowledgeable about the different products. We ended up getting the LoveSac Stealthtech couches and they are absolutely amazing tech wise. Excellent service, can’t wait to get them at home.

Frankie and Liz were super helpful and friendly in helping my family select our couch. The showroom at the Brea Mall is very helpful and well-laid out so we could try all the different options. Love the fact that Lovesac has a heroes discount and am excited for our new sactional!

We worked with Liz at the Brea Mall store. She was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful and just wonderful to work with. She listened to what our needs were and helped us build exactly what we needed and wanted. She told us about different promotions, sales and upcoming discounts. THANK YOU LIZ!!

West and Frankie are amazing at what they do. Not commission based, so I did not feel pressured at all to purchase extra items. They were very patient with all purchases questions. LoveSac is such a genius idea, we love the customizability. We are excited to be part of the LoveSac family!

I recently visited LOVESAC and had an amazing experience! The store has a fantastic selection of furniture, ranging from modern to classic styles. The staff (West and Franky) were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through various options and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the furniture is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable for the craftsmanship you get. I highly recommend LOVESAC for anyone looking to furnish their home with stylish and durable pieces. Overall, a five-star experience!
