This shop is great if you want to keep revisiting 5+ times for one service. $3500+ dollars spent on timing belt service to bring it back to the shop 3 times immediately for belt noise anyone in a 1 block radius could hear but for some reason it never makes the sound at their location. Then 3 years, 30k miles later for the sound to come back (1/3 of how long the belt should last) Dont worry though they will take a week to "fix it" again only for the noise to still be there but thats fine because bro hey they couldnt hear the noise at all. I wonder what magical land the shop is on where noise doesnt exist. Had it looked at by another shop and they literally sent me back to this one because they said the original shop should make it right. I would calculate close to 2 weeks of this car sitting at their shop in total with as many times as I have been back. Incompetence and lack of respect for your time at its finest. If you are into paying full price for 1/3 of the longevity this is the place to be!

A little update on the work this shop does, after 3500 dollars spent and multiple visits to fix noise issues on the work they supposedly did. Took my car to two different shops specializing in japanese cars and here is what they found so far after a couple hours. One missing bolt, one broken bolt, one completely stripped out bolt that just flops around in the hole and improperly torqued bolts. All of this on a 3500 dollar timing and drive belt service. Both shops that have looked at the work "Family Auto Clinic" has done and laughed and stated "they really messed this up." But hey the driest customer service I have ever recived is what they say is their main concern so i guess it makes sense.

5 stars aren't even enough. Josh and Daryl take care of all our Trucks and cars. The transparency and honesty make this the #1 shop for all my family and friends. I ]trust my truck and life to Family Auto.

Josh and his team are a gem! Not only do they service our entire company fleet, but now most of us take our personal vehicles to him! Honest, excellent work, and he tells you things like it is. He always takes his time to explain things to you, what's best for you and your vehicle, and will never ever try to upsell you on anything. ANYTHING you need done on your vehicle, Family Auto is def the place to go.

Josh and Daryl are awesome to deal with and they aren't after your wallet! They service my works fleet of vehicles ranging from Super Duty trucks, NPR trucks, transit vans, as well as my and several of my coworkers personal vehicles. We bring them voodoo problems and they always take care of us! If you're looking for quality honest mechanics at a very fair price this is the spot.
