I had a great experience at Wheel Works in Belmont. After replacing my tires at Costco, I was referred to another shop for an alignment. That shop told me my alignment was completely off and that the suspension arm and bushings needed to be replaced, with an estimated cost of more than $2,400. Wanting a second opinion, I first took my car to the auto shop where I usually have my car serviced. They found nothing wrong with the suspension. I then brought my car to Wheel Works in Belmont, where the technicians carefully inspected the vehicle and completed the alignment perfectly without replacing any parts. I had purchased a lifetime alignment package for this car from Wheel Works, and I am very happy with the service I received. The staff was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They saved me from spending thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs, and my car now drives great. I highly recommend Wheel Works to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable service.

It’s hard to find Great business’s that actually care about YOU as a person. Was having a tough start to the day waking up to a Flat tire. Gave Wheel works a call and Jace took me in with no questions. They are open on Sundays as well too!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Saul and his team, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I brought my car in because I had been hearing a persistent noise while driving on the highway. Another mechanic shop had told me it was likely a bad wheel bearing, so I came to Saul fully prepared to pay for a wheel bearing replacement. Instead of simply taking the diagnosis at face value and doing an expensive repair, Saul was skeptical and wanted to make sure I wasn’t spending money unnecessarily. He and his team took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and test-drive it on both local roads and the highway to reproduce and diagnose the noise. In the end, they ruled out the wheel bearing, saving me a significant amount of money on a repair I didn’t actually need. What impressed me most was Saul’s honesty and integrity. In a time when it can sometimes feel like businesses are looking for every opportunity to add more work to the bill, it was genuinely heartwarming to meet a mechanic who put the customer’s best interest first. Saul could easily have replaced the wheel bearing and charged me for it, but instead he took the extra time to find out what was actually going on. That kind of professionalism and care earns trust. I’m extremely grateful to Saul and his team and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The staff here is amazing, very nice and knowledgeable. Sal is very friendly and accommodating during your entire visit. Keeps you up to date on timing and if anything changes. I bring my car in without hesitation before any trip or when my oil light comes on. Definitely recommend

This shop is terrific. I’ve been bringing our family cars here for many years. They just fixed my flat tire for no charge. The lifetime wheel alignment deal is great. And everyone is always friendly and helpful. Love this shop.
