1000/10. After multiple estimates for a AC/ Heating unit with ductwork replacement, we finally found an honest company. The majority of the companies quoted me 11,000 over Total Care Solutions price. Each employee was respectful, honest, knowledgeable, and considerate of our home. I will recommend this company to any and everyone! Thank you Total Care Solutions for saving my family during this major heat wave!

They quoted and left me to mull over but did follow-up a few times, no pressure to purchase. Once we signed papers they were actually able to get us on the books for install quicker than expected. They started work at 7:30 am and ready to roll out at 4pm. We had a little rattlesnake scare (snuck up on the guy working on the outside unit and only made noise when they banged some pics to get it to move). Even with that Luis and Miguel were very courteous and ensured the system installed and in running order.

Total Comfort was great to work with. The installation was completed quickly with professional results. The service technicians were professional and resourceful when the install experienced a few technical issues on our part. I would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services.
