My friend and I went around 220 a.m....the deep fryer was not up and running, so fries, onion rings, the chicken mozzarella sticks couldn't have ANYTHING FRIED. Couldn't have it. And you see in my picture my t-bone steak they burnt it. I asked for medium rare. The macaroni was awful.

The best food that I've had dinning out in about a year. Hashbrowns were perfectly cooked. The burger was juicy and the LBT was fresh. Our server Erika was super friendly and polite. Made great suggestions on what to try. I definitely would come back to location.

Hi everyone. Just wanna let you all know that this was the best IHOP my husband and I have been to. We've eatin at IHOP in LA, Santa Barbara County and San Bernardino County . Michelle the cook did a fantastic job on the omelet and hash browns. Our food arrived to our table hot and tasty. Lisa our server was great. She was polite and sweet. We even shared a few laughs together. The restaurant was spacious and clean. If you are ever in the area and want a delicious omelet and hash browns I 100% recommend this Ihop. Thank You Lisa and Michelle😊

Erica consistently provides outstanding service. She’s attentive, patient, and always makes sure we’re taken care of. But what really stands out is her energy — she brings joy to the table. She makes us laugh, she makes us smile, and she turns a simple meal into a good moment. Her presence makes a difference every time we come in.
