My son and I have been attending the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai classes for the past month, and it has been an amazing experience. We’ve already learned so much, and both coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to their students. Their commitment to giving back to the community is something that truly stands out. Personally, being two years removed from a hemorrhagic stroke, I was nervous about getting back into martial arts. The coaches have been supportive, patient, and instrumental in helping me improve my balance, confidence, and skills. The atmosphere is welcoming, the instruction is top-notch, and the pricing is more than fair for the value you receive. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to learn, grow, and be part of a great community.

I visited from out of town and had a great experience here. The instructor really looks out for his students and has lots of experience. The students themselves are very friendly and awesome to train with. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area, or even just visiting. Either way, you're in good hands. Oss!

My son signed up at Pro Depth almost a month ago. Just in that small time he has fallen in love with it. It feels like family the moment you try your first class. This is not a participation sport; he must work hard to earn recognition, praise, and moving forward any stripes or belts. He has played baseball, basketball, football, and soccer for many years. This sport works him hard and he loves it! He hopes to stick with it and compete one day, for now he is learning in every class.

Started Muay Thai here recently, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Challenge yourself and try something new here. The people and coaches make it worth your while!

My son has been in this academy training Jiu Jitsu with Coach Jino and Coach Derek for about 1 month. The coaches have a great set of skills and are amazing with the kids. They have patience and explain the rendition of each move in simple terms for the kids to understand. They have a tv in the parent waiting area so you can see different angles of the them on the mat. The academy is very clean!! Coach Kru is the Muay Thai coach. He has great set of skills, patience, and clear instruction . As he teaches the kids he also provides them with wisdom, honor, and discipline. Which I really appreciate. I recommend this academy to all woman, men - boys and girls who would love to learn great set of skills!
