I attended a class today at Athletics for All in Azusa, and it exceeded my expectations. Jose was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the class. He made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of experience level, and created a positive learning environment. I highly recommend taking a class with him if you’re looking for a welcoming place to learn and grow!

Super amazing gym/community of individuals that are focused on health, community, and friendship. Jose is great at putting together our workouts and he keeps us accountable with our routines. Thanks for the great environment you have created!!

If you want to go far with real results mentally & physically, AFAmilia has definitely proved to be the right community for ALL levels of fitness. I am always impressed to see new faces that said they never worked out or feel to old because after their first week, they shine different! You’d Love this community just as much!!

Best decision I ever made other than deciding to better my health, was to choose Athletics for All to help me get there! Always a positive, uplifting, motivating and encouraging atmosphere. One thing I love about training with Jose & AFA is that your workouts never get boring! I am always feeling challenged, having fun, and looking forward to next time. Training with Jose makes your goals a reality, and he is there to help you every step of the way. I just couldn't see my life without AFA in it!

I have been coming to AFA now for the past 5 months and if I could explain AFA in three words I would say: growth, community, & health. Jose has been such an important factor in my overall fitness journey and is the kindest/best trainer I have ever had!! He not only pushes me to work harder in the gym but definitely keeps me accountable. I truly appreciate the fact that he recognizes my hard work and wants to see my grow stronger. After my one week free pass with AFA I knew right away I wanted to be a part of this community. It not only is so essential to keep our mind and bodies well by putting our health and fitness first, but to have people in your corner cheering you on & on the same journey! One of the things I love most about AFA is that Jose is always looking out for our best interest! He is not only training us in his classes but sends his clients nutrition information, at home workouts, motivational videos, & more! One of the main goals I had initially coming to AFA was weight loss. In 4 months I lost about 14lbs and I am now down 20lbs! With a healthy eating lifestyle & being consistent with workouts I know anything is possible! I have never felt better not only physically but mentally! Thank you AFA!!
