First-time visit and very impressed. Supporting staff is super friendly and courteous. They use very new technology which makes the experience so much more efficient. Doctor had excellent “chairside manner”and made me feel relaxed even during a stressful procedure. Highly recommended.

Morgan knowingly placed me with a dentist that was not in network.... After telling me on the phone that yes they took my insurance. They overwhelmed me with a massive amount of pictures... Without even asking me. The doctor knowingly flooded me with too much information. I was completely overwhelmed and could not make a decision. So they made it for me. At one point his assistant tried to speak up and tell him to slow down and stop because he was overwhelming me, until he told her"" to stop talking and forget about it. I should have got up right then and there and left. But I stayed thinking they had my best interest. I was drastically wrong. And they denied me payment planned of my choice. Even though I have a credit score of 8 05. Without giving me a reason why. I don't like them. I have made a complaint to the dental board and I will continue to go as far as I can to get answers. This is not fair. This is not right.

I had my first appointment at Sierra Smiles today and was so thankful that they opened at 7am so that I didn’t have to take time off of work! Caitlyn was the dental assistant and was very kind and knowledgeable. We did my x-rays and exam and they asked if I wanted to do my teeth cleaning as well! Normally I would have to wait another month or so to get a separate appointment for a cleaning so I was thrilled to get it all done at my very first visit. Dr. Mats was awesome. I appreciate the friendly staff and service :)

Dr. Bharat Wadhwa and his office staff are, without exaggeration, some of the warmest and friendliest people you’ll ever meet. They make you feel genuinely comfortable from the moment you walk in, and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. What stood out to me most was how they balance professionalism with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere—they’re not afraid to laugh, joke around, and make patients feel at ease while still providing excellent dental care. Even though I only went in for x-rays and a cleaning, I was honestly impressed by how polite, attentive, and accommodating everyone was throughout the visit. And if you happen to get Jennifer, you’ll be treated like royalty. She’s incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor—she even laughs at the corny jokes, which made the entire experience feel that much more genuine and enjoyable.

I visited Sierra Smiles for an emergency exam to have a tooth extracted, and while the frontline staff showed great potential, the toxic environment and unprofessional behavior from management and the dentist completely ruined my experience. The Good Elements Front Desk: My experience started on a positive note over the phone. Jillian was incredibly pleasant to speak with and helped ease my anxiety about the emergency visit. Clinical Assistant: Once I was taken back for X-rays, Jose was exceptionally nice and welcoming. His excellent care actually made me consider establishing myself as a regular patient here, since my current dentist no longer accepts my insurance. The Management Red Flags Hostile Environment: Upon arrival, I noticed the manager, Jennifer, acting very mean toward Jillian when he simply asked for help regarding my insurance benefits. I initially brushed it off, thinking it was just Monday morning stress, but the pattern of disrespect continued. Dismissive Service: At the end of the visit, Jennifer brought over the estimate and tried to schedule a consultation. By that point, I wanted nothing to do with this office. When I asked for a copy of my images, she told me she would do it "later in the afternoon" without even looking up from her screen. When I insisted on having them printed, she snapped at me to sit down because it would "take a while." The Dentist's Behavior Mistreatment of Staff: While Bharat Wadhwa, DMD, was initially nice to me, his attitude toward his assistant was entirely unacceptable. When she asked which area they were starting with, he responded rudely with, "Where we always start." As he called out numbers, she made a minor mistake, causing him to snap at her and bark, "I will do it myself." Final Verdict Watching a doctor and a manager openly mistreat, snap at, and dismiss their own team members made me incredibly uncomfortable. The negative energy and toxic vibes were so overwhelming that I ultimately had to walk out of the office. I will never go back to this practice, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value professional ethics and basic human kindness.
