One of the crew members had to come in and fix that tooth that Dr. Markham fixed probably over 10 years ago and his lasted a very long time. Unfortunately, one of the crew members went to Sierra smiles in Auburn first and it chipped off after about a month so we knew we had to come to my new Dental for a true quality job! Remember responded with a very positive review of the technician Alette that worked on her as well as the dentist Dr Luminita Markham. And really upon entering the office I was very impressed with Ally who worked at the front desk. If you go to this office, you’ll just feel the step up in quality and luxury and it’s wonderful to be treated like family and feeling like a Spa is an extra benefit of of course.

Just had my first appointment with Maidu dental and I have never felt so welcomed at a dental office! There is a sensitivity I have that the hygienist and dentist is taking seriously, and everything was explained to me very clearly. I appreciate the team here, and you will too!

These people are awesome! I had a filling fail and the tooth cracked badly. They got me in right away and put a beautiful crown on same day! Pain free experience, Netflix while you wait! Friendly yet professional staff and very reasonable pricing. I see why they have so many great reviews!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warmest smiles from Ally and McKenzie. The entire office feels calm, spotless, and welcoming — it immediately puts you at ease. Ally took care of me, and she was absolutely wonderful. Since it was my first visit, I needed X-rays, and she took the time to carefully explain everything she was doing. She made me feel so comfortable right away. We even connected and chatted about our kids, which made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed instead of clinical. The X-rays weren’t uncomfortable at all because she was so gentle and skilled. I was also really impressed with the technology they use. They take detailed pictures of your teeth and show them to you before the dentist even comes in, so you can actually see what’s going on in your own mouth. I had never experienced that before, and it made me feel informed and involved in my care. And when Dr. Markham came in — wow. She is awesome. So kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She went out of her way to explain everything clearly and supportively. I honestly learned things about my mouth that I hadn’t known in 38 years! I also really love that they use a tool to screen for oral cancer — I think it’s amazing that they prioritize that level of preventative care. Everyone in the office is genuinely nice and professional. I’m so grateful I found Maidu Dental — this will definitely be my forever dentist. Highly recommend!

Dr. Markham and her team were absolutely fantastic! We relocated to the area and were in need of a new dentist and could not be happier with where we landed. If you are looking for a dentist in the Auburn/Newcastle area would highly recommend!!
