I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for a gym I’ve been loyal to. I’ve been a member for over two years at this location and was also a member at the Fresno location for three years before that, so this review comes from someone who genuinely wants to keep coming here. The biggest issue is the air conditioning in the back workout room. During a recent workout, it became so hot that I almost passed out doing a routine I normally complete without any problems. In 100+ degree weather, this isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a safety concern. We were told the AC would be fixed within two weeks, but it’s been well over that, and nothing has changed. There have been other smaller issues over time, but this is by far the most serious one. It’s also disappointing to see other locations receiving upgrades while this gym seems to be falling behind. We were told back in December that a sauna and other improvements were coming, but so far none of those promises have been fulfilled. Instead, the overall experience feels like it’s getting worse. I really don’t want to switch gyms because I’ve enjoyed being a member here, but I’m honestly starting to consider it if these issues continue. I hope management sees this review, takes these concerns seriously, and prioritizes making this gym safe and comfortable for the members who have continued to support it.

I had a great experience at Valley Fitness. Octavio, the manager, really hooked it up with a free entry and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. The equipment is clean, modern and well maintained. Definitely one of the better gyms I’ve been to. Great atmosphere overall. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a solid gym with great customer service.

I hate to leave negative reviews unless I truly have had a bad expirence but I want to give anyone a headsup incase they have been getting overcharged by this gym. I cancelled my membership since the price of a membership is too expensive for a place with AC that doesn't work and raising their annual fee when there hasn't been any upgrades that were promised, aside from making the gym 24/7. When I contacted corporate I found out I have been overcharged 5 dollars for a whole year since a processing fee was accidentally applied to my account since 2025. So I have been paying 44 bucks instead of 39, and would have continued to be overcharged if I didn't cancel/figure it out myself which is crazy. Guy at the front desk was nice and cancelling was easy so that's my only good note.

Great experience with Octavio at Valley Fitness. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell he cares about the customers and the atmosphere of the gym. Definitely appreciate the great service and positive attitude!

really liked the gym when i did did the free 7 Day but its way too hot.. not sure if ill even open a membership. cant afford that
