Was in there last Sunday and wanted to say thank you for the great service. The young lady that assisted me with finding a new food for my finicky puppy was beyond knowledgeable. Never has anyone given me that much dog food info! And, the whole time she was telling me about all the different options she was feeding my girl treats and being so sweet to her! We had a great experience!

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, I LOVED making friends with four legged Daisy, and they have an excellent selection of healthy dehydrated raw dog food. Store is very clean, inviting, well laid out. I drove 1.5hrs just to get the best food for my dog and it was definitely worth it. Highly highly recommend.

I came in to use the selfservice bath for my boy and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was nervous because I've never used a self service bath before outside of my home and they happily put me at ease and showed me the ropes. It's 1/13/26 whoever was working today please give them recognition!! This was supposed to be a one time thing because of an injury I have but honestly I think I'll be coming back monthly!!!!!

Our dog jumped into the marsh at low tide and got completely covered in stinky mud while we were on vacation in the area. We made an emergency stop at HPS and they squeezed us in between appointments. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. Thank you all for excellent service!!!

Always super nice staff and amazing selection of treats...plus they carry our favorite brand of dog food, Zignature.
