My wife and I have been coming to this Applebee’s for quite a while, and Orlando consistently provides some of the best customer service we’ve experienced anywhere. He always remembers our favorite drinks, our food orders, and even how we like everything prepared. That level of attention to detail makes every visit feel welcoming and personal. What stands out even more is how he treats every guest. You can watch him interact with the people around him, and everyone receives the same level of care and respect. He takes the time to talk about current specials and promotions, even when he already knows what we’re likely to order, making sure every customer has the opportunity to enjoy the best experience and value. If there’s ever a mix-up with an order or something outside of his control, Orlando never points fingers. Instead, he takes ownership of the situation and works to make it right. That kind of professionalism and accountability is becoming increasingly rare. Orlando consistently goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from customer service. Hospitality like his is hard to find these days, and he has set the bar so high that it has changed our expectations whenever we visit other restaurants. Great service should make you feel appreciated, and that’s exactly what he does every time we walk through the door. It’s easy to take the time to write a complaint when something goes wrong, but it’s just as important to recognize people who consistently do things right. Taking the time to write this review reflects the exceptional service we’ve received from Orlando over the years. Applebee’s is fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about his customers and takes so much pride in what he does. Outstanding employees deserve to be recognized, and Orlando has certainly earned that recognition.

We came in for a late dinner after running errands and our sever Dylan was awesome. He was so friendly and made sure our drinks were refilled. Dylan was great with the table next to us as well. Would definitely be happy if he was our server again. The manager made sure we were taken care of and brought us extra napkins. It was a great experience here today. We will definitely be back to this location. Thank you for being a great server Dylan

Went and got seated right away! Our server was Dylan and he was the best. Was patient with us ordering our food and checked on us regularly. The restaurant its self was nice and chill it wasn’t rushed and it felt calm. We love coming here to eat.

Update on 02/15/2025 We had come in about a week earlier and our experience was not great. Several things happened on that visit, that were not very favorable to the staff on hand that evening. But I decided not to write a review that day because our experiences here, at this particular Applebee's are usually magnificent. Fast forward to today when we had Angela as our server. She did a phenomenal job. Not just with our table, but with the rest of her tables, as we were able to observe. Awesome job Angela! You're a trooper. Keep up the good work. 👍 Great service, delicious fresh food, and good prices. This is is great combination. Kudos to Applebee's at Jess Ranch Marketplace.

Took my mama out to eat. We were seated quickly no waiting. Which is always a good thing. Our waiter was very energetic and very welcoming. He offered us appetizers and was knowledgeable about the menu. He answered all our questions. Our food came out nice and hot. Checked on us often. The best part has to be when the manager came out to greet us and the other patrons as well. You don’t see that in other establishments. This made me feel welcomed and appreciated.
