Stingy portions and soggy food. Asked for the hottest sauce, got mild. No napkins or fork and my drink was mostly ice. Served as a reminder as to why I never go to Del Taco.

I ordered the chili cheese fries and paid extra for extra chili, but the fries came out almost completely dry. There was barely any chili on them, which made paying extra feel like a waste of money. When I asked about it, the employee at the window just told me the manager made them and that she follows specific portion measurements. That didn't really address the issue. If I'm paying extra for extra chili, I expect to actually get extra chili. I ended up having to drive back through the drive-thru and buy a side of chili separately. The crazy part is the side of chili cost the exact same amount as I paid for the "extra chili" on my fries, yet the side came with significantly more chili than what I received on my order. Overall, it was disappointing. If customers are paying extra for toppings, they should actually receive what they paid for.

Shout out to Brianna! Today I went through drive thru and ordered 2 red burritos bold. Although the prices seem to have gotten a bit higher, I still wanted my favorites. Got home and noticed they weren’t bold (added French fries and secret sauce). Called and Brianna was super helpful. Went back and was quickly taken care of. Thanks again!

This is our last stop on a travel day before gowing over the pass to home. Kiosk login and ordering goes smoothly. Need to tie in the senior discount to the account so it is automatic.

It’s Del Taco! Ordered on the app, drove thru, got my order with a smile. Asked for extra sauce, which they gave me and I was on my way again. I usually keep it simple and order their crispy tacos and green bean and cheese burritos, which were as expected.
