This place is absolutely magical! We drove quite a distance just to come to URBANE Café in Laguna Niguel, and it was worth every mile. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious—I highly recommend the salmon bowl! The café has such a cute, welcoming ambiance, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. A special shoutout to Rob, the manager. His customer service is exceptional and truly sets this place apart. He goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, and his positive energy makes the entire experience even better. Amazing food, fantastic service, and a magical atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Love the Santa Maria BBQ chicken salad. Full of veggies, goat cheese, and thinly sliced chicken. Very unique bbq sauce and a great chipotle ranch. Cranberry white chocolate cookie is also a must. Portions are large and the food always comes out fast. Great for lunch or dinner. And they even make gluten free focaccia!

Super friendly staff! You are acknowledged as soon as you walk in the door, and they thank you on the way out. Rob the manager as nice as could be. Great food for a reasonable price! Ago bowl was fantastic! Wish I would have known about this gem sooner! It’s on the list now!

The food is great and the service ties is all together. I’ve always had exceptional customer service from this location, yesterday we had Rob help us and he was attentive to our dining experience. Their salads are hearty and yummy, sandwiches are made in their freshly baked focaccia bread and they have the a great soup- Baja enchilada. They have the best cookies- served warm! Quick pick up available and if you order in- it’s pretty fast too.

Overall experience was ok! A solid 4 stars. We came on a Saturday around noon, the place was not crazy busy, but they were having a constant flow of customers. Parking can get hectic, lots of other shops around. It was a clean restaurant, well maintained and organized. The staff could’ve been nicer. A “Hi and welcome,” would have been nice. But she was still professional and patient as she took our orders. The food was ok. It was just good. Good flavor, chicken was a bit dry, nothing some sauce couldn’t fix haha. Not sure if I’ll come back though, it is really out of my way, but it has good stars on help and google so I wanted to try it! Would I recommend it? Yes, try it if you are around the area!
