I never leave reviews but I had to for this veterinarian office because I had such a good experience. I took my duck in for a swollen foot and was worried that I would have to wait a long time and spend a bunch of money since she is considered exotic, boy was I wrong. I made an appointment the day before and only waited about 15 mins when I arrived. The staff was SUPER friendly and understanding. I didn’t feel like I was pushed any procedures and I felt very comfortable. Every single person i talked to really seemed liked they loved their jobs and it shows!!! I highly HIGHLY recommend this office! 10/10, 5 stars. I will be using this vet office for all my pets now.

Our trusted vet for the last 2+ years! The vets and vet techs are so friendly and thorough, and the front desk staff is excellent to deal with. My dog can dig in his heels (literally) when it's time to get blood drawn, but they've always been great at handling him in as quick and painless a way as possible.

My senior cat was having some dental issues, so I had been calling around and wasn't able to get appointments anywhere. My regular vet permanently closed, so I had no one to consult. Got super lucky with this appointment. Absolutely delightful, kind, informative staff, all the way from the front desk staff to the vet techs and the doctors. My senior is not aggressive, but she is very shy and tries to hide at appointments. But she was super relaxed in this exam room! Reasonable pricing as well. Did all her blood work, and then she was scheduled for a cleaning and some extractions. She's been healing up so well. I'm so happy to have found this place! It's hard finding a good vet these days with personable staff and transparent fees, and who provide high quality care to your pets. I plan on making this my home vet for my other cat as well. Dr. Chiang and her staff get a 10/10 from me.

My senior cat was given medicine by the rotating vets here and did not recover from their mistake for over a year. They did not do a test or X-ray on him just kept putting new drugs in him. No permanent vet here just a bunch of random temp vets. Stay away from here if you care for your pets health.

I absolutely love this place. They usually have appointments available, unlike other vets. And they have an exotic vet on site. I wish they were open on weekends. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
