First visit but very positive and the dentist took the time to explain and communicate the treatment plan including cost. This allows clients to determine what they can afford based on their budget. I left less stressed and feeling better about the my dental appointment.

We have had a great experience with Dr. Michael Wu and his entire team. I currently have both my 14-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son under their care, and we couldn't be happier with the results and the environment. Dr. Wu and his staff are the perfect blend of professional, friendly, and welcoming. I want to give a special "extra applause" to Elexis at the front office. She is truly a standout professional—sharp, capable, and incredibly kind. Our new patient application was a very complicated situation, but Elexis handled it with total efficiency while providing thoughtful, expert advice that put us at ease. She also went above and beyond with our insurance. My husband could only remember the most minimal details about his coverage, but Elexis was able to track it down and successfully coordinate both of our dental plans to maximize our benefits. It is rare to find someone so efficient and helpful! We truly appreciate the care and effort this office puts into their patients. Highly recommend

I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after a friend recently had a similar experience, I felt it was important to share mine. I went to Bright Now Dental last year as a new patient for an exam and cleaning. I was told that I had advanced gum disease and would need an extensive deep cleaning costing around $2,800. I was surprised by this diagnosis. I’ve always had good dental health, and previous dentists had never expressed concern about developing gum disease. I decided to get a second opinion, and the other dentist found no evidence of gum disease requiring treatment. What concerned me was that Bright Now Dental both diagnosed the condition and offered the recommended procedure themselves. After doing some research, I learned that many dentists refer patients to a periodontist for deep cleanings rather than performing them in-house. Given that the diagnosis and treatment were both coming from the same office, I would be concerned about a treatment model that may prioritize selling procedures over accurately assessing a patient’s needs. I can’t speak to anyone else’s experience, but based on mine, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to a major treatment plan from Bright Now.

The entire staff and Doctors are very professional and friendly. I was able to get an appointment early the day I called and my problem was completely taken care of immediately. Everyone was extremely friendly and comforting. I will recommend Bright Now to anyone that needs a dentist.

I really enjoy my visit. The young ladies at the front desk was very thorough and explained my benefits to me and the dentist. Also the same. I will definitely be going back there and keeping up my teeth there I feel like I trust them already
