San Ramon Opens Below Market Rate Drawing for Iron Horse Village Homes
Eligible low-income buyers have until October 6 to enter an opportunity drawing for two newly built homes.

The City of San Ramon has released two Below Market Rate ownership units for purchase through a lottery system at the Iron Horse Village development. Administered by HouseKeys on behalf of the city, Opportunity Drawing No. 783 is accepting applications through 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6.
Both available homes are two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom units spanning 1,187 square feet, priced at $241,407 for income-eligible applicants. The Iron Horse Village community features 117 residential units with convenient walking access to the adjacent Iron Horse Regional Trail, a shared central paseo, and outdoor play areas.
These two residences represent the initial offering of six total affordable homes planned for the Lennar development. City officials note that down payment assistance is not provided for this drawing, and prospective buyers must register and submit eligibility documentation online.
