Kepler's Books Hosts All-Ages Block Party in Menlo Park
Menlo Park bookstore Kepler's is welcoming neighbors for story time, passport stamping, and family crafts.
Kepler's Books is opening its doors on Saturday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. for an all-ages community block party. The gathering highlights the store's Community Reads program, designed to connect readers of all ages across the Midpeninsula through shared literature and creative projects.
Neighbors who participated in the summer reading passport challenge can drop in to get their final stamps and enjoy a slice of cake. The afternoon schedule features a group reading of Dave Eggers' children's book Her Right Foot, a collaborative banner-making workshop, and light refreshments.
