Habitat for Humanity Opens Applications for Sayonara Drive Homes

Habitat for Humanity Greater Sacramento, in partnership with the City of Citrus Heights, is now accepting applications for six new affordable homes on Sayonara Drive. The homes represent the next phase in a larger 26-home affordable homeownership project in the neighborhood.

The program is available to households earning between 30 and 80 percent of the area median income. Selected families complete 500 hours of sweat equity alongside volunteers during construction before moving into energy-efficient homes equipped with solar storage and electric vehicle charging.
