Fremont Stabbing Suspect Arrested Following Bicycle Collision

Fremont police officers located a suspect tied to a violent robbery and stabbing attempt at a department store along Osgood Road [1.2.1]. The assailant had escaped the area immediately after demanding cash and attacking a person inside the store.

Days after the incident, the suspect was involved in a collision with a motor vehicle while riding a bicycle elsewhere in the city. First responders transported the injured cyclist to a local hospital, where law enforcement officers subsequently identified and took him into custody.
