Fremont Police Arrest Driver Accused of Flashing Gun on Mowry Avenue
A motorist was taken into custody following an alleged road rage incident where a firearm was brandished at other drivers.
Fremont police have arrested a driver who allegedly brandished a firearm at fellow motorists during a road rage confrontation on Mowry Avenue earlier this month.
According to the Fremont Police Department, the dispute took place on August 4 along the busy Mowry Avenue corridor. Investigators reported that the suspect displayed a handgun toward other vehicles before driving away from the area.
Responding officers located the suspect vehicle shortly after the incident and conducted an enforcement stop. The driver was detained without incident and booked on weapon-related charges.
