Citrus Heights City Council Candidate Forum Set for September 29
Local voters can hear directly from City Council hopefuls during a free public forum at the Royal Stage Theater near Sunrise Mall.
Citrus Heights residents will have an opportunity to hear directly from municipal candidates ahead of the upcoming election. The Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce and the Citrus Heights Sentinel are teaming up to organize a candidate forum scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, at the Royal Stage Theater.
The event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by a casual meet-and-greet. The evening will focus on candidates campaigning for seats in Districts 2 and 4, allowing community members to explore candidate views on city planning, infrastructure, and budget priorities. Vice Mayor Porsche Middleton, who is seeking reelection without opposition in District 5, is also expected to attend.
Attendance is free to all members of the public, though the organizers request that attendees reserve seats in advance to ensure the venue does not exceed capacity. Theater doors will open at 5:00 p.m.
