Autel Energy Opens Electric Vehicle Experience Center in South Fremont

Autel Energy opened its new North American Experience Center in South Fremont following a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Located in a commercial park near Interstate 880 and the local manufacturing district, the 18,000-square-foot facility is designed to support the growing electric vehicle infrastructure sector.
The center functions as an interactive testing ground and training facility where fleet operators, technicians, and equipment manufacturers can evaluate commercial charging hardware. The site includes both alternating-current and direct-current fast-charging stations, live testing bays, and a regional warehouse of ready-to-ship components to help partners maintain charging networks across Northern California.
Company leadership cited Fremont's deep pool of technical talent and access to freight networks as prime reasons for setting up roots in town. City officials welcomed the facility, emphasizing Fremont's ongoing status as a center for clean technology and advanced manufacturing.
