As you explore deals and make purchases, we gather data on your activity—what you search for, save, and buy—so we can recommend the most relevant offers. We also collect payment information through a secure payment processor to complete transactions. When you use the app or visit our website, we collect data on how you interact with the platform to help us improve your experience.
We collect information directly from you when you sign up, browse, make a purchase, refer a friend, or reach out to our support team. We also receive technical information automatically from your device and browser, like your IP address, device type, and usage patterns. If you choose to log in through a social media account or interact with YupUp through third-party platforms, we may receive information based on your privacy settings with those services.

YupUp uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, understand how you use the platform, and show you relevant deals. You can control cookie preferences in your browser or device settings. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
If you leave a review or post content publicly on YupUp, others may see it. We recommend avoiding personal or sensitive information in public posts.
If you attend a YupUp-hosted or sponsored event, we may take photos or videos during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By purchasing a ticket or participating in any YupUp event, you grant YupUp the right to use your likeness, image, and voice in any media format, including but not limited to social media, advertisements, website content, and other promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify a staff member at the event.
YupUp is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete it. By using YupUp, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Some features, including purchasing or participating in certain events, may require you to be 18 or older.
