My goodness, what gem this place is. We stopped in Cashmere for lunch and just when we thought we would head to Wenatchee to eat, the gals found this delightful place. We loved the order at the table cards and all of the employees went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. April was our server and she was polite and attentive. All four of us enjoyed our lunches and especially the cashew pea salad. Each entree’ comes with a generous selection of nuts that you select from their large variety. I give Almond Blossom my highest recommendation.

Stopped here for early lunch on my way to Idaho. Such a sweet little town. Went in to Almond Blossom Nuts and Eatery. The selection is wide. I was greeted by friendly staff. The place was clean and organized with lots of food type gifts for purchase. A nice array of different nuts to purchase by the pound. I ordered a chicken sandwich and pea salad plus an iced coffee. Everything came out quickly and was delicious. The pea salad could have used some mayo in my humble opinion and it was still good. As everything it seems these days, I felt it was a bit spendy for what I got but it was good and a nice place to stop by and relax for a bit. It was not very busy however it was early in the day.

We heard such good things about this place that we finally drove into Cashmere today and enjoyed a very nice lunch. The staff is very friendly and our soup and made-to-order sandwiches were delicious. Will definitely do lunch here the next time we are down from Canada this fall.

Great shop to pick up gifts for friends or yourself. Be sure to try the curry cashews. Friendly service with a smile. Plenty of parking.

Great food, I had roast beef on a panning with did of clam chowder and pecans! Delicious !!
