Posting this for a friend. She had a crown made for a broken tooth about 6 months ago. When they installed the crown, they started drilling into the upper (opposite) tooth to make space for the crown (lower tooth). She was worried when they started drilling and asked them if it’s normal. They assured her it’s ok and continued. Once the pain medication wore off, she immediately felt sensitivity on the upper (good tooth). She went back and asked to check, they said it’s all fine and it will wear off. It didn’t. 6 months later she went to a new dentist, with the same pain, and the dentist stated that drilling into the upper tooth was a mistake, since her tooth is too small. There is no option now if she wants to get rid of the pain but to get rid of the good tooth. But even that would have additional complications. She chose this place for the price, but now she has to either stick with the pain or lose a tooth and spend thousands more.

Did my dentures few months ago, and it’s already loose and very uncomfortable. I also wanted to just adjust my upper denture and now it’s destroyed, unfortunately I get young technician to do this and I have feeling that I was his first customer, it doesn’t really matter if he knows what he is doing. I am very unhappy and not going back to this office

Reception staff, doctors, and assistants are all super nice and welcoming! I went in for a root canal, and the whole process went super smoothly. 10/10 recommend!

Ohheckyeah. Do not keep putting it off. No judging, no raised eyebrows, no lectures, no impatience and no rushing the conversation or planning. Dr Usa (you-suh) was very helpful talking options with their pros/cons for my situation. Office staff talked with insurance company and got the info to tell me what I could even wait to do until next year to make my benefit money stretch a ways. I'll end up with full extractions with dentures. Even choosing to do it all this year, is thousands less than my best expectations. And no, my insurance is NOT great lol. I'm a retail worker with cheapest of benefits. Oh and very pretty stitches.
