Abed is “the man.” He came to our rescue after patiently waiting for another roadside serve 3 hours- they never showed. Abed with Les Schwab from Brewster, WA came out to fix our rental car flat and he had us safely on our way within an hour. Professional, kind and thoughtful. Good people still exist.

My Partner and I experienced a flat in Winthrop and had a hell of a time dealing with Hertz and another Les Schwab location in Twisp. Basically we received poor service and bad information that almost left us with a permanent flat with no way of fixing it. (The Twisp location, first could not find the leak and told us there was not one, and second when I found the leak on my own after leaving they told us it was not fixable. So we drove to Brewster to get the tire replaced and almost didn't make it. Luis was so kind and helpful and even though we came for a replacement he found the leak and told me it was fixable and he wouldn't charge us. They fixed the leak and sent us on our way. If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely made us feel better which was welcome as our anxiety was through the roof being so remote and fearing being stranded. Wonderful gold standard customer service and repair!

I was driving from Orondo to Wenatchee when I got a flat tire. I was just trying to gather my spare and jack and figure out what to do, when Eddie happened to be driving by in his Les Schwab truck. He immediately got to work and I guided traffic while Eddie changed my tire for me in record time. He even followed me most of the way to Wenatchee since I had to drive on my spare on the highway. I immediately went to Les Schwab in Wenatchee and got the problem resolved. But Eddie truly made the whole situation so much better. What would have been panic, was peace. I'm so grateful for his help. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Love these guys! I buy all my tires at this branch. They have helped me out so many times. Would give another star if I could. Service is always great. Fast and smooth is this lil gem.

I popped a tire in Bridgeport. Called Les Schwab and Eddie came out to put my spare on. He was super nice. I had to have tires for the next day to travel but the ones I needed were in Omak so Jeff (manager) had someone drive out to get them and they stayed late to make sure my tires were on and good to go. I really appreciated the support.
