Dr. Rai and her team were great! It was easy to schedule. The location and parking very convenient. I had not been to the dentist in many years and they made me feel so comfortable and not at all embarrassed. Dr. Rai had a very professional but ready going personality that makes you feel at ease. Everything was explained to me in detail, treatment and financial aspects. My actual treatment was comfortable, quick and painless. I appreciate the care given to me by the whole team!

I just moved to the area, and I saw Dr. Rai at Bothell Modern Dentistry. I have never appreciated a dentist so much until her. Not only is the entire staff friendly, but they all go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I suffer from anxiety, so Dr. Rai helped me through my crown preparation with the utmost kindness. We're talking more than just letting me wear my headphones to block out sounds and let me focus. She kept showing me ways that I was in control if I ever felt any pain so she could fix it immediately. She assured me her schedule was set to focus on me, so doing these extra steps was nothing for me to apologize for. When it was time to have the oral surgeon work on me, she explained to him what worked, so the surgeon was already prepared to do the same helpful steps. Dr. Rai also explained my x-rays in terms I could understand to show me what we needed to do, and I was a part of the planning process to get it fixed. She was even willing to start it the very next day (I had to wait one more due to my schedule). I've been to many dentists before where you feel you're just the next person to just come in and out every six months, but with Bothell Modern Dentistry, it feels as if the whole building is focused on making it the best experience possible. You are worked on with the most up-to-date technology and care. I'm not one to write reviews, but this was worth the time to show my experience so that others may feel the same level of care that I did.

Love them! They do a phenomenal job of making sure you are comfortable and walk you through the process with ease. I took a long hiatus from dental work and was nervous about going back in. They have laid out a step by step plan that actually has me excited about going back to see them! I know… unheard of. But true! The deep cleaning was extremely gentle and could have fell asleep at moments. Thanks guys!

I have severe dental anxiety and the entire team made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe from start to finish. Dr. Rai is warm, knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about her patients dental health. Very clean environment and welcoming staff. Will be returning!

I had a great experience as a new patient at Bothell Modern Dentistry. I came in for a routine cleaning, X-rays, and was fitted for a night guard. Dr. Rai was thorough and professional throughout the appointment. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rai to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.
