Worst experience ever. It was like walking into a dive bar. The atmosphere was dark and dingy and cold. The food was overpriced, and for what we got was absolutely ridiculous. Immediately after purchasing, we had to go somewhere else to get what we purchased there. And what we purchased somewhere else was 10 times better for the same price. Cheaper, add a dollar cheaper. As a matter of fact, this is unprecedented, and what service we got. Because we were takeout, customers versus what I saw people being served was night and day.And I am so disappointed

I was absolutely amazed by all in this place. I had someone personally prepare all you can eat sushi off of the lunch side of the menu; for me? Honestly folks, I have been out to a lot of places for a good bite and good service. I have not ever had sushi this delicious nor have I ever received this level of service that actually made me feel "rich".

We normally visit the Puyallup location and have always had positive experiences, so we decided to try this location. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. I can’t fairly rate the food because we didn’t stay long enough to order. We were seated at a table that appeared to have been cleaned, but there was still residue and food smeared across the tabletop. One of the chairs also needed to be wiped down, and the empty table next to us was in a similar condition. Our server did not offer to clean the table or address the issue, so we ended up wiping it down ourselves. When I asked for a few more minutes, it felt like the focus was on taking our order rather than acknowledging that we had just been seated at a dirty table. While deciding whether to stay, I observed drinks being brought out while the tops of multiple glasses were being handled directly by hand. After already being concerned about the cleanliness of our seating area, this made us uncomfortable enough to leave before ordering. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but cleanliness and basic hospitality standards should always be a priority. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training on sanitation practices and guest service expectations.

They have really great gluten free options and most of the staff is knowledgeable about allergen safety so that’s really nice! But the problem is that they must have changed food distributors in the last 6 months to a year because their food isn’t good anymore. We used to eat here on the regular but now we never eat here because it just isn’t good anymore. We went several times and every time thought “ick this isn’t Trapper’s sushi, it isn’t good” so we stopped coming here. Real bummer. We used to love this place!

I got the Willis and the spider roll seaweed salad and a white peach lemonade it was delicious and the service was great mint chocolate chip mochi
