I’ve been a patron of this car wash ever since they opened - great staff, easy to use website and good carwash. Love that its 24hours so I can grab a snack at wendys and then pull through anytime. Called Robert about a billing issue (on my end) and he got it all sorted out in the same phone call. Pretty rad that my membership also works at their new Kent location too! Much success to yall and yours!

It’s that time of year in Washington when I can get my car washed and it might not get rained on for a few days. I thought the wash here did a great job. Was there still bird poop on my car? Yes, but less than I’ve seen from other car washes. So not perfect, but with a reasonable expectation for a touchless wash, it was great. I think it got the curves of my Jeep better than others in the area that I’ve tried. I’ll definitely go back.

Different wash bays wash better or worse. The touch wash bay only soaps the passenger side of my truck from the top. The hood and roof roller barely touches my hood, then lifts out of touch halfway up my windshield. Good thing I have a membership, I have to go thru the touch less side to get a clean truck. And even those are hit and miss if it will do a good job. I recommend the far left bay, it seems to do best.

Went through this touchless car wash last Friday. I have crew cab duramax w/long bed. I usually have to pull forward a little extra to fit in these, and I’ve used this one before no problem. But last Friday it foamed the driver side of my truck, rinsed it and kicked me out. No pressure wash no nothing. Tried calling several times and even stopped by during business hours but had not been able to make contact with anyone. Just want it made right Update: I got refunded and given free wash. I will return to try again

It did an ok job to my car and couldn’t get to perfect clean. I called the attendant and he gave me a coupon do the wash again but same result. First one was soft touch, second one was touch less. Soft touch left lots of micro scratches on the surface. Better to clean car at home.
