I have been a customer of Island Renew Day Spa for a while and each experience has been perfect. The service that I get is massage and Amanda is my massage therapist. She is amazing, her personality is kind and professional. Her skills with massage are incredible and I am in less pain because of her abilities. The interactions with the front staff is also amazing. They greet me with a warm and friendly smile, and they are very helpful when I need to pay and book a new appointment. Everyone needs to keep up the great work.

My review is specifically about your cancellation policy because the services I’ve received to this point have been very good and the staff kind and courteous. Today I was called 25 minutes before my appointment because a staff member had to leave for personal reasons and I was asked to reschedule. If your policy requires 48 to 72 hours notice or full price will be charged, the customer should have equal protection and be offered at the very least a significant discount in order to offset the inconvenience of rescheduling. We also have busy lives with inconveniences, and I understand personal reasons/emergencies for needing to leave work (I work 8-5pm, 5 days a week off-island), but the business should be able to absorb this and treat their customers as they expect to be treated - professionally and with respect for each other’s time. I would hope this might be built in to your policy, but I’ve been told I need to wait to bear back from the owner.

Had wonderful experiences at Island Renew. Had a fantastic aromatherapy massage with Brandon Benoit which really helped relax me after long work-days and back pain. The massage helped relieve my pain and eased my tension headache I was having that day. Brandon was very professional and friendly and great at what he does. Next, had a great experience getting a topaz/butterscotch balayage with Melissa V. I normally have black hair with dark brown highlights but was hoping for a natural looking lightened, brightened color for the summer. Melissa did an awesome job and was very understanding and knowledgeable in getting me what I wanted. She was very personable and great at what she does. Pictures attached are of the “after” balayage color. Finally, the front desk receptionist was absolutely delightful and gave me great product advice without being pushy into buying anything. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about beauty products. The salon/spa is very clean, organized, and relaxing. Love this place.

I had my first appointment here last week, a 90min Swedish Massage with Shauna. She did a fantastic job and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I'm new to Kitsap County and have been searching for a spa/massage therapist to schedule regular appointments with. Happy to say that I'll be returning next month for another treatment. It's a bonus that they also happen to carry my favorite skin care line, PCAskin.

Megan was very sweet and knowledgeable and for once I had a facial from someone who knew the balance of how much to talk. That alone was so impressive. I got to nap! And the facial was beautiful just what I needed. And I booked a massage after and Amanda was extremely informative for the custom massage I will receive tomorrow from her. I left feeling very well taken care of a relaxed.
