I would seriously steer clear of Dwayne Lane if you’re looking for your next vehicle. A close family member bought a certified pre-owned GMC truck from them, and it has been nothing but problems. Within a few months, the transmission completely failed and he was without a vehicle for over a month. They rebuilt the transmission, only for the engine to completely fail about a month later. Now, the transmission they rebuilt has failed AGAIN. This guy is a single dad with a young child and he’s constantly dealing with his truck breaking down, getting stranded, and having to figure out how he’s going to get to work. He’s currently without a vehicle again waiting for another transmission and is paying out of pocket for a rental car just to get back and forth to work. And all of this has happened in less than two years of owning the truck. What really bothers me is that Dwayne Lane has never really stepped up to help him find a solution. He previously left a bad review explaining what had happened, and the dealership called him and offered him money to take the review down. He accepted the money and deleted it because he felt like he didn’t have much of a choice at the time. But honestly, that makes me wonder how many other people have had similar experiences and had their reviews removed after being offered money. When you spend a lot of money on a vehicle, you shouldn’t have to constantly worry about being stranded on the side of the road. And when you buy a CERTIFIED pre-owned vehicle from a dealership, you should be able to expect some level of reliability. After watching all that has happened, I personally would NEVER recommend Dwayne Lane to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Great experience, simple process. We knew what vehicle we wanted and worked with Dwayne Lane's Arlington Chevrolet to make sure they had it in stock, handle as much of the transaction remotely so the in-dealership portion would be quick, and decided to buy from them. The sales team was not pushy and the finance manager was knowledgeable and helpful. It never felt like a hard sell (maybe because we knew what we were going to buy) and they were easy to deal with. We would definitely do business with the Dwayne Lane team again!

Made an appointment for Tuesday to have my vehicle serviced...dropped it off on Monday afternoon...tried getting some updates on Tuesday & got nothing...today is Wednesday & I still didn't get any type of update...drove back to see for myself what's going on, only to find out it hasn't even looked at it. I won't be returning or recommending this dealership. Dear Owner, Thank you for responding to my review. There is a misunderstanding here...it seems you reassigned my vehicle to someone else after U posted my review. It has been cleared up with Kyle & he will call when the parts are in (expected on Monday) & we will schedule repair work. Please do not cancel the parts order or return them. Many thanks After speaking with Parker & Tyler... I am happy to give kudos to Tyler & Parker of the Service Department. We had a bit of a poor start earlier this week but after Travis & Parker were assigned to us & became our advocates it appears everything is being handled in the most efficient & professional manner it can be. I look forward to doing business with them again...

I worked with Noah to buy a 2024 Dodge Durango on my way out of town, the day before the 4th of July. I let him know I had a time limit, so everyone worked together to make sure whole process was quick and straight forward. It's a very big, nice clean place, but operates like a small family business. Everyone on staff felt honest and down to earth. The vibe was relaxed, respectful, friendly, and pressure-free. I will definitely be back to Noah for any car purchases for the family!
