I was incredibly impressed by everyone at Madrona — especially, of course, Dr. Gray. Since it was my first appointment, it was longer than usual. They use the most modern technology, including things I’d never heard of but that were enlightening in the resulting information. Everyone in the office engages in regular continuing education and so are familiar with all advances in dental care and industry advice. I even liked their intake forms! You do essentially a carefully-guided self-assessment; this was interesting and gave me a sense of which potential issues we might focus on in the appointment. Dr. Gray and his technicians (Mike and Marlin) were generous with their time and very kind. Dr. Gray had reassuring, patient, bedside manner. Finally, the space was clean, welcoming, bright, and everything ran efficiently including check-in and check-out. No long waits :) Many thanks and many compliments to the whole team! Could not recommend you (all) more highly.

Going to this clinic, I could definitely tell that Dr. Gray and his staff are genuinely interested in the well being of their patients. Their care is individualized to the needs of different patients. I have always felt they had time for me and were happy to answer questions and explain details about treatment plans. Kindness and caring seem hard to find these days but they share both.

All staff at Madrona dental are very pleasant helpful and professional. They are patient and communicate everything along the way. The dentist Matthew Gray is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He takes great time and energy in making your dental needs perfect the first time. He also takes pride in continuing his education on new things. I would highly recommend his services if you want a professional, perfect and happy beautiful smile to show off.

Appreciate all! Doc Gray found an anomaly-a tooth that needed a follow up and he did it. Mike was great. Office staff are always helpful and fun!

Dr Dray and his staff are one top shelf hands down over the rest. They all work together great as a team and the care with continuous education they share with their patients is amazing. I am a business owner myself for over 25 years and I recommend them all the time.
