They ran me up for the wrong price for the happy hour, where normal places could literally just change it right, they spent an hour trying to get management where ever they were if they even exist to change a 5 dollar over charge on the 12 chicken wings for 16 dollars. Watch out they will charge you a random price then make you wait for an hour… over $5 lol

I've eaten here twice. Both times the food has been excellent. Both times we have received our appetizers, salad, and main entree all at once and then haven't seen a server for 25 plus minutes. It is very nice, the food is excellent, the servers need trained.

Waited over 30 minutes to be seated. Expected to as its father's day. Sadly, upon entering, the restaurant was 3/4 empty. I counted 12 tables with people at them. Most has 2-3 people, including my party. So the 30 minute wait was for???? Several tables we dirty and the busser was lax removing the dishes from those. The waitress was running around like crazy, never saw another waitress/waiter working the floor but several standing around the food station and 2 bartenders. ( 5 people sitting at bar) Our appetizer didn't show up until half way through the meal and it was the only food that was hot and fresh. Fries with the fish and chips were luke warm and the minestrone soup that came with the chicken parmigiano was one step hotter than cold. We have been here a couple times before because the very 1st time we were here it was spectacular... we were with the owner so clearly that's why. Every time since it seems to decline more and more. After 4 visits and 3 of those fails we are never returning here. There definitely needs to be a culinary revamp and staff training redo. Especially at the casino where money is flowing freely! Bad job folks.

If I could give zero stars I would. We went from brunch with Santa yesterday, 12-21-25. Service was pretty good, server was great. However, when our food came out the yogurt I had ordered for my 6 month old came with berries & granola already, so I couldn’t even give him plain yogurt. It was premade. The yogurt tasted bad, like it had been premade a week prior. Even my son who loves yogurt spit it out & was not happy. Then came my husband’s steak & eggs. When the food was brought to us, the young man said to my husband “I’m not sure why the steak looks like that.” The steak was cut in half, burnt to crisp & was horrible. The hash browns weren’t seasoned. The only good thing was my French toast. Someone needs to make some culinary changes or we will not be coming back at all! It was horrible. I do not recommend this place!

My husband and I have been coming to Three Peaks now for 5 years. I noticed the comment on Shayla. We have had her on at least 6 occasions in the last year. Every single time she has gone above and beyond to make sure our food was perfect and we were satisfied with everything. Very pleasant to us and our observation was she was pleasant to all. Over the many years we come appx once a week. Very seldom has the food not been satisfactory and it was corrected if not. Servers have been great. The only complaint would be untrained hostesses. Also it would be nice not to have to walk through smoke to get to the restaurant. I’m ok with that but not all our guests have been happy about it.
